§ 391.12. Disciplinary proceedings
Currentness
All actions of the department taken under sections 9(a) and 11(a)1 shall be subject to the right of notice, hearing and adjudication and the right of appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of 2 Pa.C.S. (relating to administrative law and procedure).
