§ 394. Adjutant general, certain duties of
The Adjutant General is charged with the administration of this act.1 He shall prepare and furnish blanks and adopt rules and regulations for the issue of medals upon approved applications. All applications, papers, and other records in the administration of this act shall become a part of the permanent records of the Department of Military Affairs.
