§ 391c. Indiantown Gap Military Reservation (Adm. Code § 1413)
The Department of Military Affairs, in cooperation with the Department of Public Instruction, the Department of Health, and other State departments or agencies, shall have power to establish a recreational camp at Indiantown Gap Military Reservation1 for underprivileged children based upon the population of the various counties.
In connection with this camp the Department of Military Affairs, subject to the approval of the Governor, shall, except as hereinafter provided, have all powers necessary for the carrying out of the aforesaid purpose including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the power to:
