§ 1833. Approval of report; payment of damages
Currentness
The viewers so appointed, shall make report in writing to the next court of quarter sessions,1 and if their report be approved by the court, the amount of damages awarded shall be paid by the county treasurer out of the county stock, to the party entitled thereto.
