Beginning at Yellow Springs, Blair County, at the intersection of Route Number Two Hundred Sixty,1 and continuing thence over the “Blair County Road” to a point on Route Two Hundred Sixty1 at Canoe Creek; continuing over Route Two Hundred Sixty1 to the “Blair County Road”; and thence over that thoroughfare to Route Two Hundred Sixty,1 east of Geeseytown.
