§ 625.702. Violation of other provisions
A person commits a misdemeanor of the third degree and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $500, or to imprisonment for not more than six months, or both, if he commits any act declared unlawful by any other provision of this act, other than section 701,1 or if he:
