Commencing at a point Gulph Mills; thence running by way of King of Prussia and Port Kennedy to a point on the dividing line between Montgomery and Chester counties; thence by way of Valley Forge, Phoenixville, and Spring City to a point on route one hundred and forty-seven1; thence over route one hundred and forty-seven to a point on the boundary line of the city of Reading, Berks County.
