§ 2663. Ownership of wood, etc.
All logs, cordwood, branch wood, or other forms of wood, which shall be derived from the destruction or removal of any trees growing along the public highways of this Commonwealth, as aforesaid, shall be surrendered to, and remain the property of, the respective abutting owners.
