§ 1855. Recital of appointment of commissioners
Whereas, The governor of this commonwealth, under and by virtue of an act of the general assembly, approved the eighth day of May, 1876, appointed James Worrall, Christopher M. Gere, and Robert N. Torrey, commissioners, to act in conjunction with similar commissioners of the state of New York, to examine as to the true location of the monuments which mark the boundary between this commonwealth and the state of New York, and to replace any monuments which may have been dilapidated or removed on the boundary lines between said states.
