§ 670-803. Damages
Currentness
Any damages occasioned in the taking of private property by the exercise of the right of eminent domain, as herein provided, shall be ascertained and paid as provided by the State Highway Law for the ascertainment and payment of damages for the widening or relocation of State highways in townships.
