§ 7831. Fire Company Grant Program
Currentness
The sum of $22,000,000 of the amount appropriated to the commissioner for fire company grants under section 1799-E of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 343, No. 176),1 known as The Fiscal Code, shall be expended for the purpose of making grants to eligible fire companies under Subchapter B2 (relating to fire company grant program).
