§ 243. Institutions authorized to confer degree of doctor of optometry
Any school, college, or institution, incorporated under the laws of Pennsylvania, organized, operated and conducted not for profit, teaching optometry, which shall have a prescribed course of study for a period of not less than two years in such study of optometry, shall have the right and authority to grant to and confer upon any student, who has finished the prescribed course of study satisfactory to the faculty of such institution, the degree of doctor of optometry.
