§ 982. Route 11. From Wilkes-Barre to Tunkhannock
Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Wilkes-Barre, and running by way of Dallas to a point on the dividing line between Luzerne and Wyoming Counties, thence by way of Bowman Creek, with spur to Noxen Station, Rosengrant, and Eatonville, into Tunkhannock, Wyoming County.
