§ 2989.11. Construction of bridge authorized
The Department of Highways, with the approval of the Governor, is authorized to erect and construct a high level bridge over the Clarion River, in Clarion County, at a point in the general area of the Borough of Clarion, and to acquire the necessary land for approaching thereto. The Department of Highways shall not expend more than three million dollars ($3,000,000) in the erection and construction of the bridge.
