§ 2985. Department of Highways to construct
The Department of Highways is hereby authorized to erect and construct a bridge on Race Street, between Sixth and Broad Avenues, over the railroad tracks of the Hollidaysburg and Petersburg Branch of The Pennsylvania Railroad, in the City of Altoona, as part of State Highway Route 55, Spur C, as established by law.
