§ 1738-1. Township roads adopted
The following sections of township roads are hereby adopted by the Commonwealth as State highways, to be taken over upon the terms and conditions and subject to the limitations hereinafter contained, and thereafter to be maintained and constructed at the expense of the Commonwealth upon the terms and conditions and subject to the limitations hereinafter provided.1
