§ 1783. Who may be viewers
Currentness
Any discreet and reputable citizen qualified to vote for members of the legislature, may be appointed a viewer for any of the purposes mentioned in this act, but except it be otherwise especially provided, the court appointing viewers, shall select them as far as practicable, from persons residing near the place to be viewed.
