§ 670-406. Approval and execution of contracts
Every contract authorized to be made by the secretary, under the provisions of the act, for the reconstruction or improvement of State highways shall be made in the name of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and shall be signed by the secretary, and shall be approved as to form and legality by the Department of Justice.
