§ 1772.1-A. H2O PA Account
(a) Establishment.--There is established in the Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund a restricted account to be known as the H2O PA Account, which shall contain the following:
(1) Moneys available from transfers under section 1772-A1 and Chapter 5 of the act of July 9, 2008 (P.L. 908, No. 63),2 known as the H2O PA Act.
(2) Moneys available from transfers under 58 Pa.C.S. § 2315(a.1)(4) (relating to Statewide initiatives).
(2.1) Of the money appropriated for COVID Relief--ARPA--Transfer to Commonwealth Financing Authority--Water and Sewer Projects, $214,400,000 shall be deposited in the account.
(3) Other appropriations or transfers made to the account.
(b) Purpose.--Money in the account shall be used for payments of debt and grants made under the H2O PA Program.
(c) Nonlapse.--Money in the account is continuously appropriated for debt service or grants in accordance with section 1774.1-A3 and Chapter 5 of the H2O PA Act.
(d) Application of Federal law.--Notwithstanding any provision of this subarticle or the H2O PA Act to the contrary, grants awarded from money deposited in the account under subsection (a)(2.1) shall be made in accordance with applicable Federal law.
