§ 19-1906-F. Promulgation of standards
Within 30 days of the effective date of this section, the department shall promulgate interim standards necessary to ensure the establishment of quality programs under this article and which shall be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. The interim standards shall not be subject to review under the act of June 25, 1982 (P.L. 633, No. 181),1 known as the Regulatory Review Act, nor shall they be subject to sections 201, 202, 203, 204 and 2052 of the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L. 769, No. 240), referred to as the Commonwealth Documents Law, or section 2043 of the act of October 15, 1980 (P.L. 950, No. 164), known as the Commonwealth Attorneys Act. Within one year of publication of the interim standards in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, the department shall promulgate proposed standards. The interim standards shall remain in effect until the effective date of the final standards.
