Beginning at an intersection of State Highway Route Number Five1 at Moosic Borough, Lackawanna County, and running thence in a southeasterly direction along Spring Brook to Round Lake; thence in a southeasterly direction to Spring Brook Post-office; thence to Yostville Post-office; thence to an intersection of State Highway Route Number One Hundred and Sixty-eight2 at Daleville, Lackawanna County.
