§ 455.513. Corporations, partnerships and associations
Currentness
If the applicant for a broker's license is a corporation, partnership or association, then the provisions of sections 511 and 5121 shall apply to the individual designated as broker of record. The employees of said corporation, partnership or association actually engaging in or intending to engage in the real estate business shall meet the provisions of sections 521 and 522.2
