§ 281-26. Notice of surplus
Notice of any surplus of fifty cents ($.50) or more resulting from the sale of a pledge shall be forwarded to the pledger within ten days of the date of sale by mail to the address given by the pledger at the time of obtaining the loan or to such new address of the pledger, of which the pawnbroker has received notice.
