§ 510.1. Educational requirement waived for certain persons
Currentness
A person thirty-five years of age or over, or a veteran desiring to take an examination to receive a license as a cosmetologist, shall not be required to have completed a tenth grade education, or the equivalent thereof, as set forth in clause (2) of section 4 of this act.1
