§ 2564. Placing of signs in certain cases prohibited
Hereafter it shall be unlawful to place any sign, banner, or advertising matter of any kind whatsoever on or across any public road or highway or on or across any structure within the legal limits of any public road or highway of the Commonwealth without first having obtained the written consent of the authorities responsible for the maintenance of such public road or highway.
