§ 271.16. Regulatory powers of the board
The board shall have the power to adopt and revise such regulations as are reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes of this act in conformity with the provisions of the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L. 769, No. 240), known as the “Commonwealth Documents Law.”1
