§ 832. Construction, improvement, maintenance; cost
Currentness
Said highway shall be constructed, improved, and maintained by the Department of Highways in accordance with the existing laws of the Commonwealth relating to the construction, improvement, and maintenance of State highways.
The cost of such construction, improvement, and maintenance shall be paid out of any moneys appropriated from time to time to the Department of Highways for the construction, improvement, and maintenance of State highways.
