§ 1015. Civil relief
Currentness
The department may maintain an action in the name of the Commonwealth for an injunction or other process against an owner or operator to restrain or prevent such person from violating the provisions of sections 5(d), 6(d) or 131 or any order of the department issued under section 4(b)(2).2
