§ 1212. Out-of-state licensing
The board may recommend the granting of a license without examination to any person who, at the time of application holds a valid license or certificate issued by a board of psychologist examiners of any state, provided in the opinion of the board the requirements for such certification or licensure are substantially the equivalent of the requirements of this act.
