§ 1137. Route 165. From Easton to Stroudsburg
Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Easton, and running by way of Martin's Creek, Bangor, and Pen Argyl and Wind Gap to a point on the dividing line between Northampton and Monroe counties; thence by way of Saylorsburg, Bossardville, and Stormville into Stroudsburg, Monroe County.
