§ 485.29. Penalty for filing of diploma of another or forged diploma
Any person filing or attempting to file, as his own, the diploma of another, or a forged or fictitious or fraudulently obtained diploma or certificate, upon conviction shall be subject to such fine and imprisonment as provided by the statutes of this State for the crime of forgery.
