A certain public road beginning at Peckville, on route number six,1 in Blakely Borough, Lackawanna County, passing through Green Grove, Brown Hollow, Elm Brook School, Scott Post Office, East Benton, Smith's Corners, to Clifford, Susquehanna County, at the junction of route number one hundred seventy-four.2
