§ 485.31. Civil liability for practicing veterinary medicine without a license or permit
In addition to the penalties imposed under section 28 of this act,1 any person who practices veterinary medicine without a license shall return any fees he collects for practicing veterinary medicine and shall be liable for any damages resulting from negligence.
