Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Erie, and running over the West Lake Road to Avonia, thence by way of Fairview Station to the Ridge Road, thence over the Ridge Road by way of Fairview, Girard, and East Springfield, to West Springfield, thence over route eighty-five1 to the Ohio state line.
