§ 667.6. Rules and regulations
The board shall establish rules and regulations for the practice of practical nursing and the administration of this act. Copies of such rules and regulations shall be available for distribution to the public. The board may charge a fee as set by the board, by regulation, for all examinations, registrations, renewals, certifications, licensures or applications permitted by this act or the regulations thereunder.
