Beginning at a point on State Highway Route Number Three Hundred and Twenty-one1 one mile east of Swishers Store in Franklin Township, Lycoming County, and running thence southerly intersecting with State Highway Route Number Two Hundred and Thirty-nine2 to the dividing-line between Lycoming and Columbia Counties; thence to Millville in the County of Columbia.
