§ 658.10. Possession of property condemned
Whenever the commission has condemned any lands, rights, rights of way, easements and franchises, or interests therein, as hereinbefore provided, and has tendered a bond or other security to secure the owner or owners for damages and the same has been accepted, or if the acceptance of said bond has been refused and the same has been filed in and approved by the court of common pleas of the county in which the property is located, or, in the case of property located in two or more counties, then in any one of such counties, the commission shall have the right to immediate possession of the property covered by the bond and may enter thereon in the name of the commission. If the owner, lessee or occupier of any of said premises or any building or structure thereon shall refuse to remove his personal property therefrom, or give up possession thereof, the commission may proceed to obtain possession in the manner now provided by law for the obtaining possession by the Secretary of Highways of occupied structures.
