§ 485.30. Injunctions when authorized
In addition to the penalties herein provided, the board may institute legal proceedings to enjoin the violation of the provisions of this law or rules of the board in the court of common pleas in the judicial district wherein the violation is occurring or in the Commonwealth Court and the court may grant a temporary or permanent injunction restraining the violation thereof.
