36 P.S. § 670-714
§ 670-714. Property damage
Any damage sustained by reason of the condemnation of property for the construction, replacement or repair of such bridges shall be paid by the city or county wherein such bridge is located, or the city or county shall provide for the payment of such damages and shall enact any ordinance necessary to effect the condemnation of property for such construction, replacement or repair.
