§ 393. Increase of indebtedness authorized
Currentness
Any such city is hereby authorized to incur or to increase its indebtedness by the issue and sale of obligations of the city, in the manner and subject to the limitations provided by law, for the purpose of improving, constructing or reconstructing any of its streets and highways in accordance with the provisions of this act.
