§ 1221. Part of route 248 vacated
Currentness
The following sections of State Highway as now established are hereby vacated, namely: (a) That part of State Highway route number two hundred forty-eight1 between Leeper and Cooksburg; * * *
The sections of State Highway hereby vacated shall become township or borough highways or roads in accordance with the municipal districts in which the same are respectively located, and shall hereafter be maintained and improved at the expense of the respective boroughs and townships in which located.
