§ 652v. Medial guards or barriers; requirement; specifications
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission shall erect and thereafter maintain and repair along not less than one hundred fifty miles of the Pennsylvania Turnpike medial guards or barriers which shall be of sufficient strength and height to effectively prevent vehicular traffic moving in one direction on the turnpike from crossing the medial line and entering the lanes provided for vehicular traffic moving in the opposite direction.
