Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of New Castle, and running by way of Mount Jackson, Newburg, and Enon Valley to a point on the dividing line between Lawrence and Beaver counties, thence to Darlington, thence over route two hundred and four1 to the Ohio state line.
