§ 3160. Condemnation of lands
The Department of Highways is hereby authorized to condemn the necessary land for the construction of said bridge or bridges, and the approaches thereto, and connecting roads to State highways. The procedure for condemnation of property necessary for the construction of said bridges, approaches and connecting roads to State highways, and the assessment and payment of damages for property taken, injured or destroyed, shall be in accordance with present or future laws governing the condemnation of property for State highways, and the assessment and payment of damages for property taken, injured, or destroyed, for such purpose.
