§ 1100. Route 128. From York to Lancaster
Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of York, and running, by way of Stony Brook and Wrightsville, to a point on the dividing line between York and Lancaster Counties; thence, by way of Columbia, to a point on the boundary line of the city of Lancaster, Lancaster County; thence from a point on the city line of Lancaster, by spur, to Millersville.
