§ 670-401.1. Cattle crossings
Whenever it appears to be necessary and suitable in the interest of public safety as a traffic precaution, or to keep substantial portions of a farm readily accessible to cattle and other livestock, the department is authorized to construct and maintain cattle crossings or passes under State highways or rural State highways hereafter constructed or relocated.
