Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Allentown, and running over route one hundred and sixty-three1 to Schnecksville, thence by way of Jordan and New Tripoli to a point on the dividing line between Lehigh and Schuylkill counties, thence by way of Snyder and North Penn to Tamaqua, thence over route one hundred and sixty-two2 into Pottsville, Schuylkill County.
