§ 859. Penalties
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, for each offense, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500), or to undergo imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both.
