§ 422.19. Osteopathic act
(a) General rule.--Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit a doctor of osteopathy from practicing osteopathic medicine and surgery.
(b) Specific authorization.--Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit a person authorized to practice osteopathic medicine and surgery by the act of October 5, 1978 (P.L. 1109, No. 261), known as the Osteopathic Medical Practice Act,1 to practice as authorized by that act.
