§ 2391.14. Appropriation; funds of political subdivisions
So much of the money in the Motor License Fund as may be necessary from time to time is hereby specifically appropriated to the Department of Highways for carrying out the provisions of this act. The political subdivisions of the Commonwealth are authorized to provide funds for the establishment, construction or maintenance of limited access highways or local service highways in the same manner as now or hereafter provided by law for the improvement or maintenance of highways.
